About a year has passed since fluorescent tubes were phased out, and the boom everyone anticipated has instead turned into a nervous vacuum. The lighting industry raised alarms in 2023 with bold headlines about the millions of fluorescent fixtures in the country. Installatörsföretagen warned that there would not be enough capacity to carry out replacements and retrofits. Property owners were concerned and lacked both resources and knowledge.
