Kista Mäss-service or Kistamässan are not responsible for goods before, during, or after the event!

Goods arriving at the fair are transported to the designated stand for a fee (see current prices in our online shop under Truck-Emballage www.kistamasservice.se/en). The corresponding cost also applies to outgoing goods that are left in the stand. These costs are charged to the exhibiting company afterward. Forklift assistance is ordered by the Technical department on site.

In cases where the freight forwarder, who delivers the goods, asks the trade fair staff to transport/load the goods to the stand, we will do so at the exhibitor’s expense. Regardless of what has been agreed between the forwarder and the exhibitor.

The goods must be marked with:
Fair / Company / Stand number / Name and mobile number
Coffin Fair, Vågögatan 3, 164 40 KISTA

Insure your goods before, during, and after the fair easily by taking out exhibitor insurance for SEK 1,250. This also applies to your staff. Contact caroline.larsson@easyfairs.com

You register your stand staff via My Easyfairs.
All booth staff must have an exhibitor card at the fair. Then bring the exhibitor card to the fair for faster and smoother entry.
Here’s how to proceed:

1.

Log in to My Easyfairs with the login you received when you booked a stand at the fair.

2.

Click on “Manage booth” at the current fair.

3.

Go under the “Prepare your stand” tab.

4.

Click on “Register your staff” under the “Installer staff” section.

5.

Click on “Register your staff” in the new view.

6.

You will now be forwarded to a new window.

7.

Click on “Team” in the left menu and then “Add staff” at the bottom right.

8.

Click on “Register Stand Personnel” and then fill in the details + button “Next”

9.

The person who has just been registered will receive a confirmation email sent to the specified email address.
